BATH GREEN PARK

Update! The beautiful facade as seen in March 2003. Note the MG TD,
this car would have been around at least 15 years prior to the closure of the

I made a visit was made to
Bath in 1982 to see the redevelopment of the S&DJR terminus,
Bath Green Park. Sainsbury's PLC bought the site and decided to
restore the station buildings to their former glory to use as
offices and to make a grand entrance to their then new
supermarket. The station yard and platform areas now provide parking and the supermarket.
